Emergency Call Out - Much Hadham
Deliberatly went for a small / local firm and pleased we did. Very pleasant and helpful service, no-call out charge and fixed price for job straight away. Onsite within an hour and cleared severve blockage right back to external manholecover, (kept number and would be first call if ever have to use again).
Investigate and clear blocked drains
Ross was excellent. took his time to understand the problem then carried out a thorough investigation of our rain water drains. gave us a number of options on how to fix for the longer term - no pressure to take up any of these but we have decided to go ahead with one.
While he was with us I asked him to check the sewage drains and as it turned out there was a major blockage which Ross sorted out straight away. Very personable and trustworthy. I have no hesitation recommending him. Ian Bishop's Stortford

Great job
RS services did a very thorough job in unblocking our drain. It was done with integrity, with a full explanation as to what was happening. First class customer service and by the way the price was excellent next to other quotes. Fully recommend and would use RS again.

Very professional polite helpful & efficient called very late in day to man hole & sorted problem. Will use again in the future highly informative throughout and would not hesitate recommending to others.
